Marie Room

On the ground floor of the villa, the Marie room is the most intimate in the house. Dressed in deep red, its wooden furniture and soft light make it a warm cocoon — the ideal stop, for a night or two, for those coming to discover Saint-Pierre and the wild south.

One point, in all transparency: Marie is located directly beneath the Chloé room. In this two-hundred-year-old residence, the period floorboards are alive, and sometimes let you sense a footstep upstairs, especially in the morning. It is the murmur particular to old Creole houses — and it is also why Marie is offered at the gentlest rate in the villa. Travellers who are very light sleepers, or who are settling in for several nights, will no doubt prefer one of our other rooms.

You will find a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as throughout the house, watch over your nights.
